Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ onion, sliced
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 150g/5½ oz lamb chump chop, trimmed of fat, sliced
- ½ tsp chilli flakes
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp clear honey
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives, to garnish
Recipe Steps
- Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat and fry the onion and garlic for 2-3 minutes, until softened.
- Add the lamb slices and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the chilli flakes, sesame oil, soy sauce, tomato ketchup, sesame seeds and honey. Stir-fry until the lamb is completely cooked through, then season, to taste, with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- To serve, place the stir fry onto a plate and sprinkle with chives
